Two musicians from very different cultural backgrounds join in a musical production to express themselves in an universal language of deep understanding. Obviously this is only possible in the realm of music. Ramesh Weeratunga, world musician from Sri Lanka, lets the spirituality of a 3000 year old Vedic tradition flow into his music - although he himself lives in the „modern West", far away from the Vedic World.

And Ingo Bishop - a real Berliner and rock musician - is a devoted student of Zen Buddhism. The outcome of these two coming together is a world music with a meditative quality. It offers beautiful landscapes for the soul to dive into and to explore. This is intended. What is not intended but can be clearly felt are those ungraspable vibrations that must have entered while the music was played. They create a certain mental-therapeutic aura. Ingo Bishop is one of the founders of the Berlin Rockgroup KARTHAGO (1971). Since 1975 he has been keyboarder in the German group KRAAN. Ramesh Weeratunga was born in Sri Lanka. Since 1976 he has toured, performed and recorded as a singer, guitarist and composer and has worked with artists like Sally Oldfield, Justin Hayward, Curt Cress, Eberhard Weber and many others.

These musicians have known each other since 1975.
