LAKOMY 's latest work reflects the most diverse and wide-ranging musical experiences gathered during his 20 years as a musician: compositions for orchestras, ballet, choirs, films and television are just as much a part of these as are popular songs, children's ditties and experimental electronics.

What the listener gets here, however, is not stylised chaos, but a good hour of music in which varied arrangements are just as fascinating as surprise elements, whisteable melody and beautiful harmony. Between experiment and popular forms LAKOMY disappears form purist electronic music.

The protagonist of this music genre in the former GDR breaks out of this exaggerated narrow framework, making us forget entirely that his orchestra consists of electronics instrumentalists. Aer, the God of Air as the creator of all harmony, helped him with his nine muses.

Thus the classical parameters for perfection are found not only in the compositions; all three body, soul and spirit make a remarkable optical impression on the sleeve. For active video-filmers the album with its various moods offers background music for practically every kind of film scenario.
