The roots of SVEN GRÜNBERG'S music can be found in Tibetan Buddhism. The creative work of the estonian composer and multi-instrumentalist combines art, meditation and healing, forming a new category: energy-music.

Electronic sounds and church organ, Asian instruments and styles create dynamic power waves and mystical spaces. This outstanding musical recording is the outcome of several decades of investigation and study into the mysterious prana. The Lifeforce of nature in symphonic sounds: energy- music.

A powerful musical expression, inspired by the elemental forces of nature. Just as vital (prana-)energy flows through each breath, so does the creative power of intuition move through the dynamic waves, sweeping movements and tone colours of Grünberg's compositions - refreshing, vitalizing, expanding. The ten pieces in Prana Symphony were chosen from Grünberg's records "Hingus" (estonian = Prana, 1981) and "Om" (1988).

They fit well together in style and form, content and mood. Sven Grünberg, born in 1956 in Estonia, studied music in Tallinn. His music is inspired by the elemental forces of nature as well as by Eastern philosophy; Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism and Zen. In 1993 Erdenklang released his album "Milarepa", a powerful musical expression of the teachings of the great Tibetan spiritual master.

Instruments: Organ, synthesizer, acoustic perc.
Vocal only title 10, "Om"
